Great service

Exceptionally prompt service from the initial signing-up, confirmational phone call, despatch of the Holter device and then to the analysis of the collected data. The device is easy to use, largely unnoticeable in use and comfortable to wear.

The ensuing report was informative, easy to understand and gave an in-depth overview of my heart rhythm over the 72 hours. I had purposefully exercised and engaged in aerobic activities whilst wearing the device, and the results were very encouraging.

I was exactly the reassurance I needed

I was worried the heart flutters were a beginning of something serious, but it turned out my heart is okay and working well. It was exactly the reassurance I needed.
The monitor came with easy to follow instructions and I hardly noticed I was wearing it.

Simple, fast and comprehensive

Very fast service and simple instructions - I had my results within 7 days and they gave me a very good understanding of my heart function over three days, including during exercise, work and sleep, each of which was clearly identifiable from the results, which were clearly presented

Appliance arrived promptly

Appliance arrived promptly. It was easy to fit and wear. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which l was worried about due to my eyesight.
The results offered detailed readings that would provide analytical data that would be useful for a health care professional, but also an easy to understand synopsis for myself. Very reassuring.
