yourholidays.com WORSE COMPANY EVER..!
Was put onto this company from icelolly,the girl on the phone was trying to talk us into a different part of Spain saying it’s better than Benidorm and can do this for us and that for us so we stupidly believed her and was sent on the worst holiday ever..! Was told the hotel was amazing it was decor from the 60s and was a hostel..! Food made us unwell there was a building site directly across road less than 10ft away walls are so thin can actually have a conversation with the next room,the toilet is so small and with a pipe that runs down middle of building there’s a door in every room into said pipe which you then are into the next room..! Complained and was moved to another hostel which had no heating or a room for us never mind anything else! So in the end we ended up paying for a better hotel and by time we got home the £600 holiday was well over £1000 even our transfer was late we got to airport and they weren’t even going to let us on flight home we had to beg..! When contacted yourholidays.com I was basically told go away we’re not helping in anyway and they didn’t want to admit they were wrong so am still £1000 out of pocket and this holiday company is still ripping people off not to mention ICELOLLY actually lets them do it through there website the whole thing is a absolute disgrace both companies should be ashamed of themselves..!
