The representative of Youridealstitches assisted me throughout the digitization process of a couple of logos I needed embroidered. I reached out when I could not figure out how to open the file, the rep contacted me right away and went step by step with me till we were able to open the file and embroider the items. I highly recommend this company and I’m thankful for the help they have provided.
