(a) great price reductions
(b) reminder emails so I never miss the products I really want
(c) good returns; quick and easy... Simply contact support for the address and send back and refund administered very promptly
(d) an ever increasing range of kpop groups to suit a wider and more diverse clientele.
I would highly recommend this site to everyone!

I bought a Stray Kids jacket on your kpop store some weeks ago, when it arrived I was amazed by the quality, it was so good compared to other online stores!
It also arrived fast within 2 weeks, and the prices were not very expensive

I had a problem with a hoodie's size that I had bought a few months before and had saved to give as a gift. When it was opened part of the hoodie was damaged, it had a stain..
I contacted customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. They resent me a new hoodie!

Do not buy from this seller. The items are fake and look obviously fake, nothing like the pictures. I wanted to return these and was denied.

it is a very good quality store, although I rarely shop from it because of the cool prices. the shop has trendy kpop clothes, but they can get very pricey.

no email confirmation as stated on receipt of online payment. 2 weeks have gone by and no response after numerous calls (no 800 number) and email attempts. never again!

Cool shop! But I had to take a star off cuz they didn't have exactly what I wanted. I ordered an exo sweatshirt but it was sold out. They did, however, have another sweater which was an acceptable replacement. The product came in the right time window with no damages. I was satisfied with the customer service they provided in getting a replacement item!

Cool shop! I bought BTS bomb lightstick. I knew that it is a replica but nevertheless ordered it. and you know, the quality is very good. I think it doesn’t matter that it is a replica, cause it is really like the original one. Furthermore, these lightsticks are sold out everywhere.
