This company is a SCAM. I bought 4 mini microscopes worth $120 in mid January and it’s been 3 weeks and they never arrived. The tracking number is bogus.

This is a rip off. Would give it a zero, if I could. DO NOT BUY IT!

Very difficult to focus and get working correctly. Says it’s for 6 and up. I’m an adult with graduate degrees, and I’m having trouble with it.

Worthless. Don’t waste your money.

Also, although I ordered it early, it didn’t get here in time for Christmas. Probably a blessing, because my grandson would have been disappointed at not being able to use it.

The company can improve by replying to my emails advising the postage is too expensive to return the 2 miniscopes i ordered last year which is a pile of scrap. Does not work. I instead opted for a 30 % refund which is not much, however a refund will maintain that this company is genuine and keeps to its word. The person i was communicating with is David who was prompt but when asking for at least a 30% refund David is silent. Terrible customer service and the product is rubbish.

Chinese garbage, with good marketing. Avoid these products and go with a tried and trusted brand instead.

I ordered two microscopes on their site on November 2024. I was given an order number which did not lead to any tracking of the parcel. I wrote to them twice from the contact format they have on their website, receiving no reply. After a month I decided to contact them with an e-mail to their support address again without receiving a reply. At the beginning of January, fed up with the situation, I sent at least 15 e-mails within 2 minutes...it worked, after about two days a certain David from customer support replied, telling me that the parcel had been lost during shipping....I initially believed it and asked him to resend the parcel to my address and to provide me with information about the shipping status. I never heard from them again... so I wrote back and was again told that the parcel had been lost. And here we are again, after 11 e-mails between me and that David from customer service and just over two months after the order I have yet to receive the goods I paid for. I think it's fair to report them to the proper authorities for online fraud.

Literally the biggest scam. If only I had read these reviews before ordering.

I order 4 microscopes on the 14th December with them advising in time for Christmas. I did think it was ABIT short but even after Christmas would have been nice. We are now in February and I have had continuous conversations, with the customer services just repeating the same advice to check royal mail. Which I have and advises at first was at wrong address then returned to send where ever that is.

I have tried tagging them on FB, Instagram and I have received responses eventually, they must be sick of me messaging.

4 microscopes have cost me 96€/77£.

Ordered way back beginning of December.. the tracking page shows as delivered but the tracking number is bogus when checking on the actual delivery partner ( Express One) website. This is a scam

Extremely disappointing and frustrating service. I have yet to receive my £30 order which was a Christmas present for my 4 year old.

I originally ordered the product in early November, and nearly three months on it has still not arrived.

The initial delivery was lost, the second was sent to the wrong address and even though I was in contact with Yodel about delivery, the parcel was ‘returned to sender’.

After many emails back and forth with the support team, their repeated answer was for me to check with local Royal Mail, even though deliveries were through Yodel.

It feels like I have been scammed.

Horrendous customer service - took forever to arrive. i have returned them and sent proof and 3 weeks later still have not received my money back. Really stressful and fear I have just lost GBP 60

Item broke after about 5 minutes use. Was also promoted with a “free gift” which didn’t arrive with the original order or the replacement and was just told to check junk folders (surely irrelevant if I was waiting on a physical item). Also the fact that this flimsy plastic toy would ever retail at £49.99 and therefore is “half price” is laughable! You can get exactly the same on amazon for £10 and without the wait (and presumably much quicker customer service than tooing and froing over email).

This company is a scam. I would leave a negative star rating if I could.
I ordered my product over 4 months ago and have been twice told that the item has been lost in the mail and a new one will be sent and once told there were supply issues.
I am now been told again that the item was mailed but list in the post and a new one sent to me. I won’t be holding my breath waiting for its arrival.

This microscope did NOT WORK. The return policy is terrible as well.
I cancelled payment with my credit card company amd this did not work. Little Scientist says I agreed to their
terms of sale before purchasing.

Made from poor quality and is not easy to use. They have a return policy which I have emailed, sent an online request and IG message. No response. This product / seller is a scam. Some of the reviews say they have bought multiple products from them but actually the site only has 1 item.

Buy the item on Shopee, I am sure it will come exactly the same quality. Poorly made.

My son takes the Miniscope everywhere—school, the park, even the grocery store!

Seems like this is common. At first I had read great reviews. I bought this at the end of October, they misplaced the package the first time, and actually responded to me emails and said they sent another to the proper address. The second ones tracking number was invalid. I mentioned it, and the sent another with a proper tracker, and the day after Christmas, it said it couldn't be delivered? I have sent no less than 12 emails, being kind and polite, asking for a refund. I bought 3, because I thought my niece and nephew would love them, and I got one for myself, because I was curious. DO NOT BUY

If I could rate this company it would be LESS than ZERO, this company is a SCAM I ordered my item on December 8, 2024, and I never received my package because these DUMB MFs sent my package to the wrong address with my name on it. (With Proof) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY."

I would give ZERO stars but it wasn't an option!
Same as other reviews, ordered for Christmas , no info no package. I PAID on Dec. 15th but no response to my email. Jan. 9, still no product and NO answer to my 4 emails. I wanted to cancel and get my money back. It BOLDLY states a 60 day money back guarantee. But nobody ever responds to your complaint or email.
The product arrived Jan. 11, finally, FAR after Christmas, and it is a plastic piece of crap. I am getting legal advice to stop the lies and reporting to BBB. Do NOT buy this product!

They lost my order and several weeks later I am still waiting for a new shipment or a refund

I’ve ordered a miniscope on Nov 24, paying also an extra fee to receive the item before Christmas, and they never sent me anything. No answer, no way to contact them. Be careful in buying from them. Not serious at all

The product itself is OK. A young child might have fun with it simply because it’s new and different, but it’s not near the quality it advertises. My main qualm is their dishonesty. They lead you to believe on their website that they’re a North American family business, and when you finally receive your package (a month later), the return address is from Illinois. But if you actually take the time to dig into the tracking (far past what Shop offers) while it’s in transit, you find out too late it’s coming straight from China. There’s no recourse to take either, as it’s a legitimate purchase — Banks call it “friendly fraud”. Sad we live in a day and age where you have to research the heck out of everything you see because integrity means so little. But it’s best to just cut the loss, learn, and move on.
