Incompetent scam artists, stay far away!!!

Took one look at the lock and told me that the lock was impossible to pick and wanted to charge double the quoted amount to drill instead (even though I explained the type and make of the lock over the phone beforehand). Extremely incompetent. He told me that he was going to "blacklist" our house so we wouldn't be able to get it fixed. I called another locksmith who came and picked the lock within the hour. Stay well away from this company!
