Sent required information several times , yet they kept saying it was not received , in the end I gave up with any claims ....had nothing but harassment and threats for years since then ...disgusting how they can get away with such behaviour. Even replying on here with peoples details !!

Contacted my Money Claim on the pff chance of recovering some PPI. Even though it was delayed re covid, was amazed that I recently received a 4 figure sum going back to 1992 to 1996 period. Thats 28 years. Extremely happy considering the state of affairs t the minute

They got on top of our ppi and we got results very helpful on the phone kept in touch via emails and text.

It's possibly quite difficult to review accurately, as these are unusual times. The PPI claim period had come to an end, so there was a big rush of appeals and then we go into a pandemic where no one is at work.

I found "Your Money Claim" easy to get hold of, easy to talk to, helpfull and informative. The wait for compensation went on forever though, and to be fair .... there was quite a lot of paper work too. So how much of this was down to your money claim and how much wasn't is difficult to tell. So I would say they were somewhere between "Ok" and "Quite Good" !!!

No comucation at all other then a email every now and then
I sent information in twice but they still got it wrong I started this claim over a year ago but 6 months after I sent info in Aviva finally got my claim in the August 2019
In the end I convearse with Aviva myself

Service was excellent and always felt I knew where PPI refund claim had got to.

Original messages seemed to be generated by computer rather than by an individual. It would have been nice to have a particular person as a point of contact but I cannot criticize the whole service.
