I’ve used your mortgage people for years always had perfect service, this time they couldn’t be bothered I had to chase and do the work, waste of time never again! I sorted the deal and everything to not get retuned calls or follow up emails etc very poor service this time, which is a shame

We are sorry you feel your recent service hasn't been the same high standard you previously experienced with us.
I can see from our records that we communicated with you at every stage of the process and informed you that there would be a break in our communication with you as your completion date was a few months away, but that the solicitors would be in touch so you could facilitate their requirements. As they are not a part of our business, this work needs to be undertaken directly with them to move the case along. As that date approached, we got back in touch to ensure a smooth end to the process and your mortgage completed.
Having been through the case I cannot find any inbound calls from you, and any emails sent were replied to promptly, however I can see that your frustration was not addressed as fully as it should have been in March, and that has been fed back to management.
Whilst we are disappointed to see how you’ve rated your experience; we thank you for your business and wish you the best for the future.

I found out about your mortgage people on Instagram so decided to have a look into them as I wasn't far off renewal. Kysmet got in touch straight away and arranged a phone call to talk through everything. We were in a lot of debt which we wanted to consolidate and we needed extra funds to do an extension on our house. I dont know how he did it but Kysmet managed to do just that. Me and my wife can't believe hes managed to sort this deal out. Kysmet's professionalism throughout was first class and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

Not very happy as although in the paperwork it says I would have to pay a conveyancing fee, it wasn’t actually said in any conversation so although I should have read closely I was under considerable stress at the time and missed it.

We script and audit all calls where our fee is disclosed to ensure our customers are clearly informed. I have had a look at your file and found that our fee was discussed with you during the booking call prior to application, however the way it was explained could have been clearer.
As you’ve said, we also signpost, per regulatory direction, our fee several times within the paperwork you received.
We are sorry that you were under stress at the time and that it wasn't made clear enough to you. This information will be fed back to the relevant management to avoid potential confusion for others in future.

Extremely poor and very stressful…
Extremely poor and very stressful process. After aggressive initial marketing with daily calls we were finally tempted by a competitive interest rate. Since that time there have been delays, errors, duplication and now finally after several weeks and lots of stress, a typo on our name means a whole new agreement process. Avoid!
