Finally a good end
After 14 days, they finally send the money back. I guess it’s because I made three one star reviews and I threaten them, that I will post further reviews until I get my money back.

Had some bad experience, but it has been solved and now they're became more trustworthy than I initially thought. Hopefully it will stay like that. My advice is that you must check the T&C's before purchase.
