Used the pet taxi service to and from the dog kennels as I don’t drive , Kevin was absolutely brilliant with the dogs and a sticky situation at kennels , fantastic van , will definitely use again

Salmon with white fish cat food. Delivered really quickly by courier (arrived before expected) 2 of my cats love it!! Initially they kept sniffing it, as if to work out if the healthy smelling food was OK to eat... And then they tried it and their heads didn't leave the bowl until it was all hovered up.The 3rd cat is on a prescription diet and sniffed it and walked away (I think he's more of a cat junk food fan if he can get away with it)... so if he's not a fan, that saves me whipping the bowls away from him! I wonder if maybe his body knows he can't eat it. Although I'm going to check things out with the vet as it seems such a great quality product and I'd love all 3 to eat it if possible. Very happy indeed. Will return! X
Update. Our cat on the special urinary diet has decided he loves this food and actually it's safe for him as it's been especially formulated for urinary health/balance! Will continue with his prescribed food but now I don't need to worry when he enjoys this for as a treat.

Have been using Your Pets Pals dry food for my cat for 6 weeks now, I have already noticed a big improvement on his coat, it’s more shiny and smooth. He is 6 years old now and I’ve noticed in the past the increase of hair balls, which has now improved since using, would highly recommend to any loving pet owner

Hi Samantha, we are sorry to learn that you are unhappy with your order, the order you placed for a 300g packet of our food was in your own words to see if your cat will eat it, with regards to the size of the bag, it is a very dense food meaning that the cat doesn't need a lot of the food each day this also means we can help save the environment with having smaller bags too, that particular bag you ordered was for around 2 weeks worth of food costing around 45p per day depending on how large your cat is. Wouldn’t trust any one else to walk my dog . He always comes back happy and tired out . Kev is great with the animals and has such a good bond with them which is a massive bonus to me as I look at my pup like a son. Roman is very fussy when it comes to food. If he doesn’t like it he will leave it until the end of the day to eat it but when I tried the food my pets pals supply he eat it straight away and I noticed some massive differences . Usually he’s running around wild but not this time . He’s relaxed . His fur is also like silk . Would defo recommend!!

I can't recommend Your Pet Pals enough! My dog Gizmo won a Halloween competition with them for showing his best trick and we were overwhelmed by the generous prizes, delivered the next day! Kevin was a fantastic communicator from start to finish and made the whole process of taking part in the competition really fun and smooth. Kevin recently stepped in at short notice to feed and snuggle our 4 cats while we were away for 7 days. I was a bit nervous about leaving them for a whole week but I really had no need to worry. They were extremely happy when we returned, and were taken care of fabulously. We got photos and updates and I felt very happy about their care. Also our flights were delayed and this was not an issue and Kevin stepped in and checked on them for us. All in all a really affordable service with Your Pet Pals, I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely use their services again.
Being a neurotic owner and also a fellow professional in the animal community, I'm very hard to please when It comes to the care of my precious babies. With Kevin however I would highly recommend him. He looked after my 4 rabbits when I was away. They are all rescue and skittish. Kevin managed to get all but one eating out of his hand which says a lot as they're not keen on human contact.
I will definitely be calling on Kevin again along with recommending him to my clients.
