Responded to my requirement quickly , explained in simoplt detail work required and completed the task neatly and efficiently within the original estimate,

Did a good job in repairing my leaking toilet and kitchen sink (drain pipe). Took longer than estimated, but not through any fault of the engineer, therefore I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Your Plumber's services.

I have absolutely no doubts in recommending Greg and Your Plumber, following my experience over the past couple of days. Greg worked tirelessly to remove, replace and move six radiators in our hone and when faced with any problems he worked his way around them quickly and effectively. Greg was professional, on time and worked very hard to achieve the job in two days. I was also hugely impressed with Lucy at Your Plumber who was always on hand to advise and guide me through the process and provide advice on radiators and what spec I needed to buy. Initial contact was within about 3 minutes of submitting request through Worcester Bosch website. Service engineer arrived within agreed time and carried out service to our satisfaction and for agreed price. Still waiting for invoice and gas safety certificate by e-mail though.

The plumber was prompt and efficient. He fitted our new tap quickly and it works perfectly.
