Joanna did an excellent job of putting together my resume and reworking my cover letter; both of which hadn't been updated for 15 years. The thought of doing it myself was daunting especially since the hiring process has become more sophisticated. She is aware of the ways recruiters hire today and knows what they are looking for. Due to her knowledge and experience, I know my resume stood out as it garnered interview appointments.

Joanna and Quill.,.where to start!? I knew when it was time to start looking for work this go around that I needed an edge. The market is tough and there are a lot of people looking. I needed something to set me apart. That's when I reached out to Joanna.

While a new company, I'm familiar with Joanna's drive to help others and her professionalism. It seemed like a winning choice in my eyes.

From working on the first resume together I knew this was going to be a different and better experience. Joanna's knowledge is what really sets her apart. She knows how recruiters will be looking at resumes and how to format for the highest rate of success.

I think in total we worked on 4 or 5 resumes together, and while similar, each one had just enough difference to give that edge I was looking for. Formated to catch the eye but also formated to match the ATS system that will likely be looking first st your resume.

The real icing on the cake is her help with cover letters. There is a distinct format she uses and you can tell that the structure really gets to the point but also shows the company that you have been paying attention to the values and standards that they choose to set them selves apart.

I really can't recommend her enough. She is fast, efficient, and effective. I'm happy to report that one of her sets of resume and cover letter was the winning combo and I'll be starting a new role soon enough. I suggest you give her a try.
