Health Yourself has provided me with excellent service. I took two tests : the cardiovascular & diabetes risk check and the colon cancer test. The tests were extremely easy to take and I received the answers within 24 hours. The explanations given to the test results were clear and easily understood which in my case helped me take appropriate actions in regards to my high cholesterol levels that were discovered. I met with a doctor, made necessary adjustments to my diet, exercise regularly and have now correct cholesterol levels as well as much a healthier life style.
