My girlfriend is old school and loves hand written letters. Letterly was the only service I found that gave that vintage vibes that I was looking for. Their team is great, they were always prompt to respond. I wrote a letter for my girlfriend's birthday and they sent it right on time as promised. The quality of the paper, writing, everything was on point. Reducing one star because I do feel that it's a little too pricey at minimum ₹250/ hundred words. And charging ₹199 for domestic shipping seems exorbitant. I don't regret my purchase, but I doubt I'll buy again unless they lower their prices
