AVOID THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE JOKE - Thought they were ok at first despite the job being put back twice, Salesman very friendly and persuaded me to to be patient (he has since left the company). So I was patient and eventually the stairs were built - great job but the glass was not yet ready to be installed. I then decided whilst waiting for the glass I needed handrails up the wall, they came out and installed the wrong ones and instead of one continuous rail I have 3 pieces !! Messaged and called Andy Chin to discuss, but all attempts were ignored. My partner then messaged him and he replied to him............... he asked him to come take a look at the rails as they don't look right and also enquired on an ETA on the glass, but Andy Chin refused to discuss it saying he felt he would ''be bombarded with negativity and this would not be good for his mental health''. After half an hour of sitting in disbelief we messaged him back giving him 7 days to sort this job out. He replied saying yes go elsewhere I've had enough and I've cancelled your glass. £4k you've taken from us..........Great job Andy Chin - If I ran my business the same way as Andy Chin id be out of business.- Its unusual to find a company that's only let down by its owner.

Just heard this company has now gone BUST.
Look out for Andy or Kate Chin if they ever set up another business.
We've been left with an awful staircase. God knows where the pictures on their site came from.
Perhaps Andy should concentrate on the customers house he's in and not buying more properties to renovate and let out. Seems to spend a lot of time travelling and at the cost of customers you probably will have retired in 2 years. I'll still be working in 2 years to pay for the abysmal job you did. We had a staircase renovated with oak and glass panels and 13 existing doors replaced with new oak doors by YourStaircase. The quality of the workmanship was generally excellent and the majority of the work was carried out on schedule. We did have some issues with the installation of the glass panels due to late delivery by the suppliers to YourStaircase which we accepted was largely beyond their control. Our main concern was that they had left the staircase without any side protection whilst waiting for the glass panels. Josh was very helpful and always responsive in helping to resolve this matter and also addressing some other minor issues. Overall, we consider the work done to be very good value for money and it has made an enormous difference to our house.

Had a new make over on our stairs done by yourstairs, glass and chrome,absolutely love them the lads that did them were lovely, very polite,worked hard to get the job done,cleaned up and hoovered after themselves.I did have one of there past customers get in touch with me saying they’d had a bad experience with them (you always get one )and don’t use them,so phoned josh and he put my mind at ease and I’m so glad I went ahead had no problems at all.Would highly recommended them to anyone great job well done to you all

On time, organised, great quality and finished product is gorgeous. I weren't too sure after some of the reviews but I can honestly say I didn't have to worry at all

Do not let this company near your property.
They DO NOT know how to manufacture a stairway and how to fit a stairway. They are very rude and are the worst company I have ever dealt with. , AVOID

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We paid them thousands for stairs that were not safe and were not good quality. It took me taking it to my large social media account and leaving a bad review elsewhere before they finally fixed it, months after the work was started (supposed to take a week).

Their own staff even admitted how awful the service had been and that my stairs shouldn’t have been such bad quality. They also admitted that there had been several mistakes made by other staff members.

Luckily, my stairs were eventually fixed by the one staff member at the end who was lovely. He asked me to take a selfie with a thumbs up to prove he fixed my issue, which he did.

However after refusing to leave a good review because they didn’t deserve it and had treated us awfully, especially the managers, (I’m still waiting on an apology from any of them) they are now resorting to leaving bad reviews of my partnees business online when they have never purchased from her (could have at least used a fake name ). He had even got his wife to leave reviews and I will be taking this further under defamation law.

Extremely unprofessional, childish, and honestly it’s just a company that didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing the entire time. There are many other reliable companies that could be used instead if you are looking into having your stairs done.

They have even got glue from the staircase on my carpet and my coat.

Will happily share pictures with anyone wanting to see.

Our first impressions were good, until they got our money. They were booked to complete our stairs and did arrive on that date, however the guy who was sent to rip out our old staircase was extremely unprofessional. He tried to leave with absolutely nothing covering the side of the stairs where we now had no spindles. I explained that my dog and child would not be safe leaving it like that and that I had been told it would be boarded up, to be argued with until I phoned his boss who eventually sent him back to board it. My daughter also witnessed him swearing on the phone and in her words “calling me in swear words to his boss”. We were due to have the glass installed approximately a week later. 4 weeks on and after constant chasing they eventually came back to install the glass. At this point we expected the job to be finished but were left with an unfinished staircase that wobbles and is not safe, nor finished. The paint work they ruined from rushing taking out our old one has been left an absolute mess and is not acceptable as we were promised a white primed finish. There were also a very large amount of dents in the wood and all they did was use a high amount of filler to fill it all in. It is not finished and not safe, yet they are no longer in contact with us and even despite being told it was being chased up we have not heard a word from them. I would not recommend this company at all as they are extremely unprofessional and do not finish the work to the standards promised.

After this review and various stories on my social media, they finally contacted me to fix the issues. A lovely guy called I think Hevi came and said he won’t leave until I’m happy. He pointed out all the mistakes that had been made by the previous staff and fixed them for us.

However, I’ve had no apologies, all they have done is chase us for final payment and ask us to change our review - which still stands.

AVOID this company at all costs, Paid £2500 for this, cheap quality brackets that have snapped already (less than a year after fitting) Chrome spindles are plastic, I spoke to one of the managers Josh who promised that they would replace these spindles as it was a manufacturing fault. The spindles are'nt fixed as I found out when I slipped on the stairs and went right through them because the just slid out of brackets. Guys turned up today to "make good of them" by gluing them. MD was rude, sarcastic and argumentative, shouting at me to the point that I had to shout back to be heard. Mine look nothing like the pictures of the chrome spindles, cheap plastic fittings at the bottom. Save your money and a whole lot of drama and upset. Trading standards and small claims court is my only option now..
