Shady marketing. If you order a "set" of shampoo and conditioner, you choose small or large. You find the type, click large, for a "set", no, you've clicked large for conditioner and you have to scroll and find to click on large shampoo, because you will end up with a small shampoo. Who ends up with more conditioner than shampoo ever??!! Customer service says if you order more and spend more money, we'll send you a small....no.
