Stick to the email service
The email service was swift and OK, but I cannot recommend the ticket mailing service. I bought tickets for a birthday present, so I chose the 'send tickets by mail' option and payed for this extra service expecting to receive 'autentic' looking tickets. After almost 2 weeks i got a black/white print out on ordinary printer paper of the color document that I had already received as an email attachment. Next time I'll stick to the email service.

Regarding the delivery time, that shouldn't be a surprise, when we write 4-7 working days, when you buy the mailing service.
