Highly recommend using this app and services, the Wellspace team are amazing!!

The app works with my Garmin watch and I can compete in fun step and distance challenges with all my colleagues from around the world.

I've really enjoyed using the app for my health and wellbring, the support from their team is also first class.

Wellspace was offered by my employer and I love using it - The content in Hub is really interesting and helpful for loads of health topics.

I love the company challenges, the Mount Fuji Challenge really got me up and moving more than I ever have before!

Fantastic app, our company introduced this at the start of this year and it has really helped me monitor my mental and physical wellbeing.

Wellspace is a really great app, I love the daily mood diary.

Doesn’t sync with my FitBit... it doesn’t even know if it’s connected or not! Zzz minimal functionality, difficult to navigate.

Pretty poor all round.

Well done on taking the opportunity to list all those functions. But I get all that from Fitbit.
My team spent a long time trying to join teams etc and gave up. And the app says I’m connected to my Fitbit when I’m not. This is basic stuff and fed up with messing around with it.

Being involved in a business which always looks to be ahead of the curve we were excited to integrate Wellspace into our set up. And we couldn’t be happier with how it’s worked out. Staff morale has improved, output has increased and we are over the moon! With the simple system even those who were initially apprehensive have become advocates and the value that’s been added by the excellent support given through the well space team has been fantastic! Easy to use application and dashboard which provides a wealth of inteligent reports on our staffs wellbeing. The rewards offerred encouraged engagement from our team. A great service for the workplace.

If wellbeing a concern in your workplace the Wellspace is the app for you. Wellspace was recently introduced into our workplace and the feedback from the employees has been amazing. It’s helped many of our employees take charge and monitor how they feel and track any patterns or triggers in their behaviour. Many have feedback that it’s allowed them to track and tackle issues like stress and anxiety.
