HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET!!!!

Several times asked for review but nothing received yet (???)
When received I let you know.
Anyhow, It's better to ask for review when delivery is done,

I ordered XL world map on Nov d. 4 2021 and I have just received the map on Jan d. 5. The product looks great and the packaging was top notch.

I also received a small wooden box containing a wooden puzzle that looks great (maybe as compensation for my long wait)

I wish that they were better at communication to there costumers If they have production issues and need to delay production for some reasons.
I don't mind waiting for such a great product but to not hear anything for over a month after I made my purchase until I write to costumer service in middel of December is just not okay. If they just had contacted med and said "hi' we got your order but we have had a delay with production and we can first deliver in 1 or 2 month" then that would have been better for me then not to hear anything at all.

They make a great product that certainly lived up to my expectations for that I can only recommend them 🙂

Absolutely stunning product! Great customer service also..shipping took an extremely long time (but covid🤷‍♀️) so order well in advance!

I ordered a world map with pins there
and everything was delivered. Got on November 06, 2021
the order was made and on January 3rd, 2022 it was delivered.
The whole delay is only because of Corona and the lockdown.
I contacted yourworldmap by email and always got an answer.
Because of Corona, they can't help it, just give them a little more time.
I would order there again. The world map is very detailed, as are the flag pins.
Made very professionally and packaged in such a way, greetings to the entire team.
I wish you continued success with your products, keep it up!

Sadly I did not look at prior reviews prior to making an order. I have had exactly the same experience as many little communication, promises with no delivery and unbelievably bad customer service. Most replies to emails take at least a week and I have now been waiting for over 3 months for a package that has "been sent" but has been in transit for over a month. Do not order from this company.

As a Canadian the missing Islands on both East and West coasts is very disappointing indeed, these are some of the biggest populations in Canada.

Very helpful and considerate communication regarding delivery. Absolutely beautiful product.

My family and I are extremely happy with our map!
It took around 3 months for our order to arrive but it was well worth the wait! The assembly of the map was surprisingly easy, it took us a while but it ended up being very fun! Now we have it in our living room and every time we have had people over, the map has been a topic of conversation whether it is because people want to share where they have been or want to go or because they notice something new about a place! I am definitely very happy with my decision of buying a world map! Thank you!!

Placed the order on November 4th, with a promise of delivery within 10 working days. Received daily spam to buy more products but after a month still no communication over shipment or delays. I did receive mail answers to my queries, but no promise of a delivery date. The map arrived after 6.5 weeks. Well packaged, and complete. Exactly as I had imagined. The instructions are clear and within a few hours the map was almost fully mounted but we did not get nearly enough tape to stick everything up. so the basic map is up, but all the extra's are still in the box. The tape is very strong but if you make a mistake it takes the plaster off the walls when being removed, so lets hope it doesn't have to be taken down for a while or the whole wall will have to be re-plastered. The map itself is not completely accurate, but I'm not too fussy so it doesn't bother me. Missing the state of Delaware (US) for example. All in all a nice piece of wall art if your willing to wait 6 weeks and I would advise researching different ways to fix the map to the wall if you don't want to re-plaster.

I have done an order more than one month ago and didn't receive it yet.

Although delivery took longer than expected the email communication from Emma was good and managed my expectations. I was extremely happy when it arrived with the product and even enjoyed putting it up on the wall. Would happily recommend to anyone.

It's just amazing! It took about two months for delivery, but it bsolutely deserve so long waiting. Clients service were answerving to my letters very fast, so I actually follow the process of producing and delivery. Map is really good quality and quite easy to install.
Intrusion is clear and there's also video Intrusion. Map were packed really nice, so u can buy it as a gift. I should also note, they have quite often sales if u follow newsletters. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

I haven’t received my order after 3 weeks!

The product was easy to install and looks great. I ordered it Oct 6 and it arrived Dec 11. A bit longer than I expected but Emma was very transparent and responsive about the delay. Worth the wait!

I placed an order on 27th October 2021. It arrived yesterday (December 11th 2021).
I was getting worried as this was a Facebook ad find and I've been stung before.

They did send an email to say there was a delay.
My e-mails chasing were answered. Latvia, where this company is based, did go into a national lockdown, so some delays is reasonable.
They used the slowest courier.
BUT
It has arrived.
It's what I ordered (map and every push pin going).
It is not missing any pieces.

As this is a Christmas present I haven't put it up

Edit: Now put up. Took 2 and a half hours. Easy to follow instructions, all spacers/tape etc present. Looks really good. Looks high quality. Trustpilot needs a photo addition.

Terrible experience!
Order placed 7 of October with Express delivery, still did not receive. All my emails were just ignored
I did start case with PayPal 3 days ago, also no response.

Order was placed on 12 November. Has not been delivered yet. I have written to merchant on several occasions but have received no response. Not impressed. I still hope the map may arrive before Christmas ……
