In the last 10 years, the mead industry has undergone a renaissance with more homebrewers than ever joining the hobby. There’s a lot of conflicting information online regarding the mead-making process, from general good practice all the way down to the minutiae of nutrient additions, degassing, etc. Here at You To Brew, we saw an opportunity to offer something totally unique and bespoke to mead makers from around the world. That’s why we created our mead subscription box containing recipe kits that include rare, exotic, and often unknown ingredients to the average homebrewer whilst also helping to create an understanding of modern mead-making practices.

An excellent brewer and a better teacher. This gent has made mead brewing, normally the thing of mega breweries, into something anyone can do In their own kitchen. Bloody Legend!

I’m fairly new to brewing and only ever done wine at home before. My order arrived quickly and the presentation in the box was 👌. Easy to follow instructions and beautiful flavour.
