My love for youtooz

Through my time browsing and ordering, its always been a loving community, when i ever had issues they got onto it striaght away when they could, always answering with lovely replies and making me feel secure about my order.
This is my 3rd tome getting something off youtooz and i so hyped becuase their toothless is so cute i cant wait too had him too my family 😆 but sadly there have been delays but luckily they have kept me in touch which basically makes it all the more worth the way, finally i also had moved places and switching my delivery address was super easy and they made sure everything was sent ❤️

Great custermer support when Address was wrong.

Great customer help. Package was sent to the wrong address, forgot to change it before it left the facility. When I saw on the mailing system it ended up in a diffrent state I was a little worried texted customer support it arrived back at the facility and they sent it back when they had the address. Just gor it today and it showed up. This is a highly good company and customer support. 10/10.

Hello

Hello! I bought a Fizzarolli Youtooz a while back via Hot Topic, and have one complaint: the balance. While the figure itself is nice and high quality, the balance is terrible. I have to put it against something just so it is able to stand upright without falling and disrupting other items I have placed by it. He's a little whack but still love him.
However, I am HIGHLY satisfied with the two other Youtooz I've received. Great balance and incredible quality for those two.

I ordered a weighted toothless weighted…

I ordered a weighted toothless plushie three months ago. It still hasn’t arrived or even shipped. No updates, no tracking numbers, nothing. This cost me $104AUD and when I emailed them, said that they were shipping in waves over the next few weeks. Lo and behold two and a half weeks later, still radio silence. I’m extremely upset with the amount of time this is taking, and Australia doesn’t even have drawn out customs for shipping!! So it’s no excuse.

This company is amazing

This company is amazing! I am a military family and we move a lot and I have pre orders that are coming soon and I am moving to a new location, not a problem for this company not only did they move the orders I requested they also asked about one I forgot I preordered!! Got quick responses every time and very kind and helpful!!! I will always buy from them not just for the quality of products but their customer service as well!!! I wish I could give 10 stars most companies won’t change an address on a preorder but they will!!!

Shipping Update

Update: Finally Received my order 9/24/25 after it shipped out on 6/12/25. So it took over 3 months for the shipment to be delivered. I originally ordered it as a present for a family members whose birthday was back in August but obviously that didn’t go as planned. At some point I didn’t even know if I was going to receive my order. I just kind of gave up on it until I finally showed up. For those planning to order just expect the unexpected when it comes to shipping time (which is common for the company based on reviews and threads online). Just because it says that it was shipped doesn’t mean it’ll be there anytime soon. Hope others have better luck than I did.

Some regions have much longer shipping times due to extremely long customs processing practices, which is out of our control! We have even stopped shipping to many regions with these issues due to the length of time it takes for orders to arrive.

Pops with a verry good quality

Pops with a verry good quality. It was the 4th time I ordered something of them, after not receiving the pops on time, and not hearing something from them I got in contact and heard that all 3 pops were sent back. After writing a E-mail to them, they sent all the pops back, free of charge and I got them in the end. Verry good service and good products!

They take care of you

Bought 3 of an item that had 4 random variants. All three arrived as the same variant. Reached out to see if I could get a replacement and they offered to ship a new one for free, guaranteeing that it would be different.

Oh my god!!! They’re the best at what they do..excellent customer service. Idk who’s handling the social media pages but whosoever it is you’re amazing!! I accidentally entered incorrect shipping address and the took notice of my query and changed it. I ended up putting the wrong email…

I ended up putting the wrong email adress into my order, and I didn't get the confirmation, or the order number. These are important to me, because I work mostly all day and need to know when the package will be here. I contacted the costumer support, and they always answered quickly, not only that - but were super kind and helpful! They were patient, and they changed the information for me, and I got the emails I needed. This wasn't my first time ordering, and certainly won't be the last - the products, quality, and Youtooz themselves are definitely worth it.
If you can, and if you're wondering about ordering - go for it!

Great Customer Service!

My purchase was lost in the mail, but Youtooz worked with me to get a replacement. They even sent periodic emails while we were waiting for the product to return to tell me they hadn't forgotten about my order and they were just waiting to see if it would get returned :D
