i’m honestly disappointed in there lack of communication. It was crickets until I had to email them asking when my item would arrive. After that it was radio silence for 4 months- Which is crazy, because It said before buying it would take a month to ship. The point of the purchase was for a friends bday gift which was in November. I would’ve loved the clarity that there would’ve been a big delay. September 20th to February 22th is such a big time skip.

Recently I needed an address change but lost access to my orders, I just emailed the support team about what I ordered awhile back and the account I used to order it and they got right back to me with no issue!

Overall, this company creates genuinely high-quality products. You can tell real effort goes into them — from the original concept sketching to 3D sculpting and printing. That kind of artistic work takes time and skill, and I do appreciate the craftsmanship.
However, there are some ongoing issues that make the overall experience feel inconsistent. Shipping has taken a long time on more than one occasion, and I’ve even had to cancel and reorder because the delivery was delayed. For the price point, smoother and more reliable shipping would be expected.
Customer service can be helpful, but responses are sometimes vague and not always very clear.
The products themselves are well-made and thoughtfully designed, but the overall buying experience could use improvement, especially considering the cost.

One was not completed. An Eye was missing. So you ask why i give 5 stars?
The Service was easy they send a new one and it was perfect!
No issues on service level! I‘m happy and thats the only thing for me :-)

Overpriced, ridiculous fees for such cheaply made foreign product. You could easily just 3d print the same thing here. This wasnt always the case with youtooz either they got greedier and this causes issues with shipping every single time. It takes forever and sits in warehouses for so long. It's been 2 months for a small parcel. It's literally here in the US just sitting. For over 100 dollars I'd have hoped for something more sophisticated.

My daughter pre-ordered an item in October. I figured a pre-order, they find out how many items to get, and they order it.
Item said it shipped December 31st. USPS still says waiting to receive item.
Weeks went by and no updated shipping. We reached out and they said oh, they were waiting for the item to arrive by sea from China. And it'll be 20-30 days.
Item is stuck in sea customs in china since the 12th of January. Reached out to them and they said it'll be an additional several more weeks.
They've taken my money and I never received the item I ordered in October. If they try to keep my money, I'll be contacting my bank for fraudulent charges.
Received the following information - item still stuck in China after all this time. It'll be another 20+30 days, but reassured it was on the move. Several days later, it's still scanning at the nansha ocean terminal. So still not out of China.
Timeline
Pre-order October (youtooz does nothing)
Dec 31 - item "shipped" USPS tracking number. Lies. Item didn't ship USPS..
Jan 12th - item listed stuck in China customs.
Feb 2nd - item still scanning in china. Will be at least another 30 days to reach USA..
Feb 11th - item still scanning in china. Will be at least another 30 days to reach USA.
This will be the last thing we ever spend money on from youtooz.. if we ever receive it. Tracking number 9261290400217604068821
What I expected would occur timeline
Pre-order ends octir 2025.
October 2025 Item ordered from China
October 2025 - item dispatched from China
Dec 2025 - item arrives in USA
Dec 31 2025 - item is shipped via USPS.
Jan 15 2026 - item received.
Clearly ocean freight is not the way to go. A note when you preorder something that says the ship date means shipping from China, please expect it to take several months before it'll arrive in the USA. We could air freight it, but we don't. Delays may be several months. I definitely wouldn't have preordered.

I'll tell you my story. In Spain, the postal service is terrible. They only notify you once with a single call that the product is at their office, and that's it. That's why they returned a figure I had bought from Youtooz that I really wanted. But I immediately contacted Youtooz support, who were very, very kind and sent me the figure again. This time, I'll go to the post office every day. They really helped me a lot and were very patient. I can't give them more than 5 stars. I will definitely buy from them again.

Update 1/6/26: I finally received a response after weeks of silence. Apparently if you want a response from this vendor, you'll have to leave a review. Nice. I will not be ordering from them again. Its not the way to do business. Period.
I ordered a Toy Chica on Jan. 5., and cannot get a decent update. I've sent email requests asking for a status update, with only a notice that someone will get back to me within 3- 5 business days. That has not happened. I see confusing and downright misleading updates on the tracking number provider. Is the product coming from China or the US? I cannot tell. I've ordered the toy, that no other site seems to carry, for my grandson. Its been over a month and I am very disappointed in the service. If I could cancel and be refunded I would. I will never order from this site again and will advise anyone who asks to avoid this site. I feel scammed.

It's good, great. If you are impatient, these items will take a while to come. I'd say if you can, forget you ordered it and let It come as a surprise. If anything is wrong, Support is helpful. Otherwise, great products.

The website is incredible, easy to read, and not overly colorful. Products are clearly listed and organized, with a great FAQ page. The support team, while not the fastest to respond at times (longest I've waited is 8 days, they claim 3-5 is average, fastest was about 12 hours), they are so incredible. They canceled my order and gave me a discount code so I could still get the pre-order price for a normal order, even though the issue was entirely my fault. When I thought I missed my window to get an order, they explained that it hadn't gone live yet, and was simply an error. Quite possibly the best support team I've had the joy of interacting with.

Overseas pre-order, the item was meant to deliver in December and went into exception on the tracking. It is now the end of January and it is showing return to sender, Youtooz have not been in touch at all and do not respond to emails.
