Excellent Tool For High Level YouTube Analysis
Very robust piece of software for grabbing comments from YouTube for research purposes. It has a wide variety of features that allow you to not only get comments from videos, but also from livestreams, community posts, etc. And it also allows for bulk downloading. The lifetime license for the desktop app is well worth the money, and the companion GPT for ChatGPT is excellent for analyzing comments to see patterns or get insights from viewers. Highly recommended!

Good but could be even better (edit : Got even better than it was)
Love that it saved me so much time however, i downloaded comments from french videos and it really struggle to understand all the different french letters we have from in english.
Also i suggest for the CVS file that you make it (if possible) so that the comments are for exemple in column B, the time in column A, the votes in C and so on with the other results, it would be much easier and understandable
Thank you though, I still would use it again bc i couldn't find any other affordable ones.
edit : Bartek (website developer) helped me figure all the issues I adressed in this review like 2 hrs after I posted and all got resolved :) 10/10 customer service; would recommend and use again in a heartbeat
