Overly expensive and bad suction power, but awesome customer service

1) Their email customer service offers the very best service one can expect. After I had informed Yoyoto of things I disliked about their Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner & Electric Air Duster, Winnie of their staff issued me a full refund without need of a return, which is so awesome!
2) This product has a 2 year warranty.

1) The suction power of the vacuum is not that strong, even on the top speed; nowhere near as strong as other small portable vacuums I have had in the past. I found that if you use this vacuum without any attachments on, the suction power is better for sure.
2) This product gets very warm after using it for about 5 minutes on the top speed, which is unbelievable! The power also discharges very quickly and shuts off completely after 10 minutes on the top speed. That is even when it's fully charged at the start.
I definitely don't recommend this product to others.
