Had a fault with my towbar electrics and popped in to ask about a repair in the Rochefort site. Although they weren’t able to carry out the repair themselves the lady on reception was amazingly helpful. She contacted a nearby garage for me and set up the repair for that day. Even gave me a coffee whilst waiting. Excellent customer service from this organisation and I highly recommend them 😀
