They have a very nice and responsive costumer service. The refund for the black friday discount after I already bought my new Jeffsy was also a very nice touch 😉 and of course, the bike is awesome ❤️ best bang for the buck buy ever.

Great bikes. Great real discounts. But the online service is very bad. They respond to emails for a very long time, and also only during the day from Mon to Fri, and the delivery time is very long.
This is also one of the few companies that delivers Emtb to the island of Cyprus. Delivery was also cheap, about 100 euros. Overall a great brand, with some issues with the online service.

It can always happen that something breaks on a bike, or that some things are not exactly as you expected them to be.

This was the case for me. Of course I contacted YT support. The dialogue was very pleasant and the support team was extremely helpful in finding a satisfactory solution. Although YT does not have a physical workshop in Denmark, the team managed to find a good solution to my problem.

Top brand, top service and a product that is really fun!

I bought a JEFFSY CF Pro in search of a versatile mountain bike that would allow me to descend aggressively, even in bike parks, without penalizing me on uphill climbs. It has not disappointed me; I've visited several bike parks and even taken it on the Epic Race Pontevedra with 200kms +7555m non-stop elevation gain. I've tried to replace it, but I still haven't found a bike as versatile as the Jeffsy. If I were to mention a drawback, the clearance between the chainstay and the right foot is very tight. It tends to rub quite easily.

The customer service of YT. It has always been impeccable.

Rotor was bent from transportation. I was suggested to fix it in a service (would be paid by YT). I purchased tools to do it by myself (in aprox. the same amount as service cost). I was refunded for the tools. Thx, YT guys

I've had two instances where I needed assistance from the customer service, and both times were impressively quick and effective. Their team responded promptly, providing solutions that swiftly resolved my concerns.
Until now, I am really impressed with the service and my bike.
