I bought a laser hair removal with pico…

I bought a laser hair removal with pico laser with this company.
Since the machine arrived never worked properly.
It has been 3 months and the problem still. Very frustrating because it’s making loose clients and running my clinic reputation having to reschedule the clients.
I would get any machine back from them.
Vera was very nice in the beginning but then started to treating to don’t give the support for not sending the broken parts back I did but for
Some reason they cannot clear customer.
So gonna have to throw in the bin this rubbish machine.
