Excellent product and customer service! I have used YT Saver for years for my author business. I love the lifetime purchase. Recently, I had an issue with my laptop crashing and erasing everything. I emailed customer service, and they quickly resolved my issue. I would highly recommend this product and company.

Perfect Support
Perfect Support. I had problems that YTSaver was detected as Malware on my Bitdefender Security Suite.
After I put the software into the whitelist i couldn't download videos but the program was finally running. They supported me very fast within hours and helped me trough my problems. Even when I deinstalled YTSaver they resetted the program so I could reinstall it. Thanks again for the fantastic support.

Best Software in the Business!
I love this software!
I tried a lot of different trial software before I bought this for the purposes of downloading online video and this is far and away the best. It accesses the most sites and is quick on the download even with big video files. And the software team updates the program a lot so you know they're always trying to improve the product.
Also the customer service does a great job of responding and fixing any problems you may have.
