Paid for an item over 2 months ago and followed the tracking. No item arrived and various excuses given. Then told item lost in transit and replacement would be sent along with small gift as an apology. No new tracking number given and now they do answer emails. Please don't waste your money on these people it's a scam. The old rules apply. If sounds too good to be true it's a scam and this business is definitely that. Keep well away from these people . Keep your money in the bank and don't give it to this lot as you'll see nothing and get nowhere.

Where is my order? Where is my confirmation email?? Disgusting, I have brought a VERY expensive item and have heard nothing. My daughter is super excited to recieve this but looks like she will be disappointed unless someone would CONTACT ME ABOUT MY ORDER

they literally stole my money, they said the items we're lost during ship. and didn't get back my money and denied my emails about refund they block me on gmail too what a trash

SCAM! Another fake ambassador program... “No requirements, etc” They just want to turn you into a customer on ridiculously overpriced Aliexpress items. I found ALL of their products on Aliexpress for less than half or third the price they sell it. DO NOT BUY!

I like the website looks legit enough to me this is what I thought in the starting...

THE CLOTHES WERE USED AND DID NOT MATCH THE CLOTHES ON THE WEBSITE. TOOK OVER A MONTH TO ARRIVE. I could see the tag on one pastel harajuku tee is from forever 21. Also the cute and psycho tee had no tag, It was used. Horrible packaging in beat up box with holes in it from China. They are liars they say their company is in Japan and they just steal other brand clothes and sell it as their own. They are in China and are thieves. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. FAKE, SCAM AND LIARS.

Their only requirementof being an Instagram ambassador was to buy a shirt from their website and I didn't think it was a huge risk, and so, I tried it out. The shirt came in 3 weeks, probably due to the coronavirus. They guide me step by step, and send me emails day by day and I was pretty convince that the brand is legit.

But, they told me that they had to change to new dashboard site ( basically, it's where you track all of your sales and revenue ) and that's when the problem stared. I made a sale and I was suppose to get 20$ by the ned of the month. ( Kinda little, but it was really to see if I can trust them or not ). But then it's been two freaking months, and I've been pushing them non-stop, and all they said is that they will follow up with the issue.

I dmed some of the ambassador, and most of them got their payment, so I'm probably the unlucky dude. Anyways, you may try the ambassador role, but there's going to be a risk...

I bought 3 super expensive stuff with them, waited 2 months and nothing, they haven’t even shipped the clothes. I’m still waiting for them to answer my emails, but I think I rather get my money back. Don’t know how to get it back!

Ordered a shirt two months ago. Did not received any information about it. I had to email the company just for them to tell me it sold out even though I ordered two months ago??? I asked for a refund let's see if I get it.
Edit: they said they gave me a refund and I did. But they say they're based out of japan but their items are cheaply made by (probably) a chinese manufacturer. It's a scam. Don't buy.
