​Furthermore, the customer service approach is dismissive. When seeking to escalate a concern to a manager, I was told they are unavailable to take chats, leaving no avenue for accountability when agents fail to answer direct questions. The "streak" system is also highly punitive, requiring daily engagement to maintain progress—if you miss a single day, all your progress resets to zero.

I played there a few times....deposited here and there....earned some loyalty points and now I cant redeem them because of this absurd suspension. Seems like bullying to deposit.
