No VIP treatment for me
Since my review regarding the Casino putting a Temporary Suspension on me claiming my VIP points I have contacted the Customer Support people and they reel of the same old excuses about protection against Promotional Abuse.However I continue to Deposit and play the slots. They have now said the VIP point will be available as soon as I meet certain Critier, but have not said what they are but. say I should continue to deposit and play for now.
On 29th June the Casino responded "we can not discuss this matter here you should contact our Support Team" I give up and accept I have LOST my VIP points (money). Yukon Casino you win I lose.
