I wrote in June that Welland Gliding Club had been listed without our permission. Despite our strong representations that they take the listing down they have not responded. And Action Fraud took no "action". Sorry, but these guys are crooks

I have reported this site to the UK National Cyber Security Centre and advise anyone writing a review to do the same.
These lowlife bottom-feeders need to be removed from the web.

Mevagissey Fishing Trips recently posted the following warning about this company on their Facebook page ......

We cannot stress this enough, PLEASE READ!
Do not book us via a company called ‘Yumping’.
Sadly this company have stolen our information and some photos (even of a boat that’s not us!), and have booked some people in who are now double booked.
This company are awful, we have requested so many times that they take this information down from their site, but they’re just ignoring us. We’ve now left them reviews, to hopefully get their attention.
Our next step will be seeking legal advice.
Fellow businesses - don’t engage with them in case they do the same to you!
Customers - please only ever book direct with us.

It’s a shame I can’t give less than 1 star! Absolutely awful company. Contacted my business about using their platform, I didn’t sign up to anything, yet they’ve stolen images and information and are taking money by making bookings from people who are non the wiser. Impossible to get hold of them to deal with it. The owner Jordan ignoring all emails. Considering legal action.

Scam. Made a booking which is not available. No replies to my emails or the telephone.

These people don’t work together with the companies they sell tickets for.
We did book online a Karting “race package” for 5 people in Ibiza and the Karting company never heard about the company Yumping!!!

Awful - no voucher sent, no way of contacting them - do not use this company. I now need to go back to my credit card company to see if I can claw back the money. I'd go as far as saying this seems like a scam!

As with many others I booked an experience which I immediately found out was not available. The guide would not answer his phone and he eventually emailed me to say sorry & he tried to contact Yumping but they don’t answer messages and close the ticket saying resolved. So they took my money and won’t reply to any message asking for it back. I will now have to go via my bank this takes 14 days waiting. Trip advisor should not promote this company 😱

Also the confirmation email said that my ticket expired on the day I booked it which is two days before the confirmed experience date on the same email. = SCAMMED

Yumping have made up a pricing for ourselves Karttrak Cromer Ltd. We Karttrak Cromer have no affiliation with Yumping.co.uk and will not honour any sales or discounts provided by Yumping.co.uk.....
We have had no input into the pricing on this site and it appears customers are being scammed by this website. The discounts offered are ridiculous and nothing to do with this. We have requested to be removed from this site but looking at the other reviews time will tell.

No communication and completely dishonest, using my company's paddleboarding photos and details to create a fake posts. Do not book through them as they don't exist, we cannot be held responsible for bookings made through Yumping.
How can you report a website for it to be removed? any ideas?

Blatant Scam - AVOID
They illegally list activities provided by various organisations but have no permission to do so.
They will happily take your money and confirm a date but it's fake and you won't get your experience.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS
Instead Search the direct supplier and Book with them.

I placed an order for an 18th birthday present, the money has been taken however after gifting the present I have been contacted to say the adventure cannot proceed as the company they were planning on using cannot commit to the flight.
The money has not been refunded and the birthday present is useless for whom it was given to.
AVOID AT ALL COST

This company needs to be removed they are a complete scam. They search the web and steal details from legitimate companies and then market their experiences without permission. Customers are scammed into thinking they have a booking with a company and when they turn up at the venue or contact them the companies have no knowledge of the booking. They even advertise companies that have gone out of business. Avoid and report them so they can be removed. Multiple companies have asked for them to remove their experiences from their site but they still continue to advertise without permission.

Absolute scam!!! Do not book with this company

This site does not have our permission to sell our sailing experiences. We contacted them over 2 years ago asking them to remove our products but they have not. Guests have travelled to our location expecting to go sailing, but we have received no booking for them. Today, we were sorry to disappoint another customer with the news that this site cannot access our booking system, so should not be advertising dates.

I would recommend for people to contact businesses directly to place a booking.

I don't want to write a negative review on anyone, however Yumping is doing nothing to help themselves. I am an activity provider. I have repeatedly asked Yumping to remove all trace of my business from their platform. They refuse to do so. Bookings for my business through Yumping do not work and will not work. If they take your money saying they do, they are doing so under false pretence.

As a tour business we registered with Yumping but then they strated trying to sell tickets for us quoting 25% commission without our agreement or permission - keep well clear of Yumping and do not buy anything from them

This site is selling paragliding experiences that they have no permission to sell. They have been told to take them down, but have refused. They have been told that flights sold will not be honoured, but they still have them on the site. The booking system does not connect to the booking system of the experience provider, (in my case) so bookings are meaningless.

If you wish to buy an experience from this site (yumping) please contact the provider directly as they are genuine business that do not want to disappoint.
