Disgusted doesn’t cover it

Disgusted doesn’t cover it. Christmas Eve 2020 I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and BBQ Chicken. While eating my pepperoni pizza I came across a white cooked hair under the toppings/in the tomato sauce. I called and got no answer due to them being shut. I’ve since got a hold of them today (26th of December 2020) and they’ve kindly offered to replace the meal and apologised. Which was good of them... BUT, First bite into my pizza I find a black hair!!! I’m really disgusted by this and really think they should be wearing hair nets while making the food. It’s such a shame because the pizza itself tasted nice! 😫

If I could add photos I really would. We won’t be ordering again unfortunately until we see this has been sorted so hygiene is a priority.
