Yuneec - excellent UAV products and service

Recently purchased a Yuneec H Pro uav - it had a fault on the ground station.

I had flown the UAV a couple of hours - brilliant bit of kit, very stable and intuitive (6rotors). For whatever reason the camera WiFi wouldn’t work so Tried to deal with it via Jessops as I bought it through them only a couple of weeks ago. Jessops were useless (see my review) and so went to Yuneec direct at Romford. Perry sorted it out very quickly and I had it repaired and back with me in a couple of days. Very helpful, quick and professional- while I was there I spoke with one of the main UK managers, friendly (whom I’ve seen before on “how to” videos for their products).

I’ve had some experience with DJI products but in my opinion although good, they’re very expensive for what they are. I accidentally came across Yuneec and seen some consistently very good reviews. The fact they have 6 rotor products was an obvious fail safe for bird strike or rotor failures for me. I’ve seen a video with 2 rotor failures and it still flys! Great for safety redundancy which is top of my list.
