I've been been buying my teas at Yuuki-Cha for about eight years now. It is not only one of the best international online shops I have ever seen, it also provides the best high quality green tea, many people can possibly get. All teas sold are organic. You always can access specific information about an item, such as the region of origin, the organic certification (e.g JAS), harvest date (month, year), harvest period (eg. first harvest), steaming (light, medium or deep) and cultivar. An order is payable via Paypal or credit card. You may choose your order to be shipped by airmail, registered mail or EMS. Yuuki-Cha not only ships worldwide, the order is shipped professionally: The invoice is attached to the outside of the package so that there are no problems with customs.

I had a similar experience. Ordered once and everything was fine. And then ordered again, the package got lost and the company just referred me to my local post office saying that it had never happened before. After that they stopped to reply to any messages.
