I strongly do not recommend this store…

I strongly do not recommend this store – my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered a dress at the end of May. For an entire week, I received no information whatsoever about the status of my order or its shipment. I tried contacting the company through every available channel – email, Instagram, and Facebook. All of my messages were completely ignored.

Only on June 3rd did I finally receive a response. I was told that they had been searching extensively for the dress and eventually discovered that it was unavailable. I was then informed that a full refund would be processed immediately.

Well, guess what? I am still waiting for my money.

Instead of receiving the promised refund, I now have to send repeated emails and threaten legal and banking action just to recover my own funds.

The most frustrating part is not that the item was unavailable. These things happen. The real issue is the complete lack of communication, the total disregard for customers, and the failure to honor their own promise of an immediate refund.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from this company.

J’ai commandé une robe à la fin du mois de mai. Pendant toute une semaine, je n’ai reçu aucune information concernant l’expédition ou le statut de ma commande. J’ai tenté de contacter le service client par tous les moyens possibles : e-mail, Instagram et Facebook. Tous mes messages ont été totalement ignorés.

Ce n’est que le 3 juin que j’ai enfin reçu une réponse. On m’a expliqué qu’après de nombreuses recherches, il s’était avéré que la robe n’était finalement pas disponible. On m’a alors assuré qu’un remboursement intégral serait effectué immédiatement.

Et pourtant, à ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon argent.

Au lieu de recevoir le remboursement promis, je suis contraint de relancer sans cesse le service client et de menacer d’engager des démarches auprès des organismes de protection des consommateurs et de ma banque afin de récupérer les fonds qui m’appartiennent.

Le problème principal n’est pas que l’article ne soit plus disponible. Cela peut arriver. Le véritable problème est l’absence totale de communication, le manque de considération pour les clients et le non-respect des engagements pris concernant le remboursement.

Il s’agit de l’une des pires expériences d’achat en ligne que j’aie connues. Je recommande vivement aux futurs clients de réfléchir à deux fois avant de passer commande auprès de cette entreprise.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I bought a coat that was very expensive (+$2500). I usually don’t spend that much but splurged. The zipper does not work. I have to leave it zipped and step in and out of coat. I have contacted their customer service and have not gotten any help for over a month! I had to take multiple pics, give proof of purchase etc. and the day they are “thinking about it”. Very disappointed in their product and their customer service. Never again

V disappointed

Paid 1650 for 2 coats after xmas. My husband’s had a faulty zip so returned requesting refund. 4weeks later still no refund, no date for repair either. Poor customer service, reflection of quality luxury brand is thats its v poor. I have no jacket for 4weeks and thats acceptable? V bad, no customer service

Excellent service

Excellent service, fastest delivery I have ever experienced (not even 24hrs from France to Switzerland ) from order placing. Great packaging.
