Once they did they were awesome offering solutions and accommodations for the length of time to receive my order
I do wish they would have reached out earlier to give me other options to choose other hair but I'm ok now

Wendy on the customer service team with YG wigs was so pleasant to work with. I was worried my new shipment would not arrive i time for my hair appointment. I ordered boho bulk kinky curly hair and added the color service, but I completely missed the red note that said the color service takes two weeks to process. Of course, I needed the hair right away, so I started panicking.

Serena from customer service was so helpful and kept me updated on my order. When it looked like the hair wouldn’t arrive in time because of a quality issue after coloring, she really went above and beyond. They offered me other hair options, discounts, expedited shipping, and did what they could to make sure I still ended up with quality hair.

I haven’t even used the hair yet, but based on how they handled everything, I feel like if there were any issues, Ywigs would make it right. That kind of customer service is rare, and I really appreciate it.
