I put in the wrong delivery address and Vicky on the customer service team was a 10/10! She got my address fixed and was quick with the response. Love ywigs this is my third order from the company. This one is for my wedding hair tho😉✨

Very helpful easy conversation and prompt with everything

I ordered my hair last night and have already received the notification from FedEx letting me know that it’s on the way! I was worried about the timing because of an upcoming vacation, but Linn assisted me and reassured me that I would get my money order in time. Thank you!

They are very prompt getting back to me when I have questions. I thought I had made a mistake ordering my hair so I reached out to them and I got response very quickly and the matter was solved. I haven’t received my hair yet so I’ll be posting again when it comes.

I ordered two bundles of bulk hair from Y Wigs and am currently waiting for delivery. The ordering process was easy, and I’m looking forward to receiving my hair soon. I’ll update my review once it arrives!

I've order 6 bundles of hair and only received 4. But customer service made the process so easy for me that their sending 2 bundles on expedited shipping and was able to choose a different color. The quality of hair is amazing!!!!! So soft and bouncy! I'm recommending this to all my Facebook friends!!!!
