All I can say is they turned what was seeming to look like a complicated process into very streamlined and simple transaction. I would recommend them to anybody.

Could not believe how service can be so AMAZING!

I just finished concluding a deal with this company and I could not be happier. In an industry that could possibly be fraught with deceit and fraud I found this to be a seamless and trouble free experience. Dealing with Moshe was pleasant and without pressure. I wish every transaction were so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this company with no regrets.

I had SPG points that I was not planning on using and found YYZ Miles after doing a search on google. I was a bit hesitant at first, but the process was simple and Ben provided great support. I have bookmarked their website, as I generally rack up more points than I have use for, and will be using them in the future.

I didn't shop around, so I don't know how their rates compare... but I wasn't able to use my Avios, and getting a couple hundred for them was great! It was easy, the rep I spoke with on the phone was nice. The money was sent to my paypal within the hour. So fast!

Had some miles sitting in an account that I had not used in over six years. Discovered that opportunities to sell my points existed. Contacted YYZ Miles, and the entire transaction was completed within a couple hours of first contact. WOW! Accurate, fast and polite communication from start to finish. A+++

Life in 2017 has taught us to be skeptical and wary. Please allow me to help mitigate any of your concerns. I was skeptical about providing access to my accounts for verification, however, my concerns were quickly dissolved as Mosha and team expalained the process, held my hand through the process and did exactly what they told me they would do. I lieterally received payment within 15mins! I highly recommend the business, their responsiveness, their transparency, their customer service and their speed of payment.

Within minutes (felt like less than 5), I got an email, and a phone call. We agreed on a price, and I got a call right back.
My agent was friendly and patient, and walked me through the (simple 2 minute) process.
They bought all of my miles (most places are selective in how much they'll purchase), paid the highest rate (after factoring in the fact that I didn't have to pay PayPal fees (one other vendor had a better rate, but would've paid me less after factoring in that fee), and were FAST.

It's everything I wanted. I was very anxious about the exchange because I'd never done it before. The background noise on my call made it sound like this was a small operation (not so confidence inspiring), but the agent was calm, educated, and friendly. That helped me feel much better.

It was maybe a little TOO fast. The conclusion of the call felt like I was just another transaction. But hey, by that time, I'd been contacted, made an exchange, and been PAID for ALL of my points in less than 15 minutes.

For me, the criteria for selling were: who's got the best price, how many miles will be purchased, and how quickly/securely will I be paid.
I didn't have to concern myself with waiting for a buyer, or selling any more (or less) miles than I wanted, and they had the best price.
From one anxious buyer to the next: it's okay. It's as good as it sounds.

Highly recommend. The process was done in less than 20 minutes.

I sent the info they requested and in twelve minutes flat I had money in my paypal account.
Unbelievable.
caveat - you have to give them access to your account.
and you may have to share your dob as well in some cases.
If you are not comfortable with this - it may not be for you but if you can get over that - it's great.

Super fast, super nice, very efficient, and they deliver as promised! I had cash for my miles with minutes. You get to talk to a real person, and they do a great job of protecting the security of your information. They double check who you are and verify everything by phone. This is the first time I've used a mile plan selling site, and I would never go anywhere else!!
