well the hardware is probably okay

well the hardware is probably okay, but the support and guides, in general info on what you have bought and how to use it is't there when it comes to specific help and info and general troubleshooting.

i wrote them and got a snotty reply that they can't help with 3 party software.. but they do sell the hardware for it..

like they have a tools for upgrading the firmware, but no info on where i can download the firmware file.. wrote them about this but no response..
