We tried

I had ok-ish turnaround time with support. They executed on refund and closing account super fast and without error.

The bad part is that they were not able to validate my identity for purpose of virtual number and they repeatedly asked for me to provide documents I already uploaded. Among them there was my passport and utility bill that proves my identity and address. Seeing how zadarma handles understanding of these documents I decided that I do not trust their judgment and closed account. I hope my files are safe and that they are gdpr complaint. Company seems to have various good features and ok processes but they were not proactive enough on support level so we could close our deal and open themselves to some new opportunities.

Two for being professional and operational but we never wrapped what we started despite the effort.

Application and web system usage is now awful!

What was an application that had a lot of potential has had its coding changed to milk the individual for as much money as possible. A lot of functionality is gone, using a privacy VPN for security doesn't work so they have made moves to access people's data more. Very disturbing. I'm going back to Skype probably except that's gone now.

I took huge levels of investment capital out of the Country they are based in as a recourse. The information they used to change their systems seems stolen and breached privacy laws. I sent the Capital further East on the Eur-Asian continent.

Don’t even bother trying to get a plan…

Don’t even bother trying to get a plan with Zadarma. They will not port your numbers over. Even though they say they have sms you need to register a campaign and get written permission from people in order to send an sms. You can recieve sms but are not able to respond in US. Very bizarre system. They tout all these amazing features but it’s all smoke and mirrors!

Zadarma.com is a complete scam...

Zadarma.com is a complete scam. They collect your payment as soon as you sign up—before you can even access or use the service. After paying, you're immediately forced into a broken and frustrating verification process that leads nowhere.

I submitted my documents, including my business registration, but their system keeps looping me back to take a passport photo and a selfie again. There are no clear instructions, no confirmation, and absolutely no access to the service I paid for.

The pricing may seem attractive, but it's a catch—they're more focused on collecting your personal information than actually providing the service. It feels like they’re intentionally stalling while holding on to your money.

Their customer support is completely useless. I opened a support ticket, and all I received were copy-paste replies with no real help or resolution.

After reading more reviews online, it’s clear I’m not the only one. Many others are calling them out for fraud, data harvesting, and unethical practices.

This website and its practices must be reported to the FBI. I will also be making a video to share my experience and warn others not to fall into the same trap.

Avoid Zadarma.com at all costs. This is not a trustworthy company.
