Very difficult to deal with this company. I received an email from them the day after my first review, which was useless basically. I was told in the email that they will send a new package, since the first one was send back to them, bcs of continuous wrong sorting. But they did not mention which address they will send it to, which is very important bcs I had made a mistake with the postal code, and I ‘ve been trying to correct with them for a month now-but they won’t respond, nor confirm! So I don’t know. DHL can’t fix it if the sender won’t. And the sender, Zadelkruk, is the most unbothered company I ve ever dealt with. No need to mention I will never-ever purchase anything from them again ☠️❌⛔️

I ordered twice from them, and both times they did not have the bruin chair I ordered. First time they contacted me to propose any other colour and I said no. I asked when the bruin chair will be available and they advised a month later. A month later I get on the site and it says the chair is available but will be delivered end of the month. I ordered and waited for another month, finally my chair arrived and this time they decided to send me black chair without asking me.
Trying to contact them and no reply for a week now.
