DO NOT TRUST. I engaged Zafra to perform a cold call campaign, pre sales they were very responsive. After I signed up for the campaign I recieved some communication about the campaign starting up and initial calls were happening. But after a few days I did not hear anymore from Zafra. I have contacted numerous times bringing this to their attention but no further forward.

I applied for a job role with this company and received a request for a formal chat which I was pleased with.
I was provided with a mobile number so I called the junber but there was no answer. I sent a message via Indeed and asked if someone may call me back on 25/01/2024. I received no response to my message.
I called rhe mobile number later in the day and spoke with Harry who said he would book a phone call with Rebekah today 26/01/2024 at 13:00.
Surprise, surprise, the call didn't happen. I waited until a little after 14:00 and called the mobile number. Someone answered but didn't give their name until after I asked, he said his name is Harry. I explained I didn't receive a phone call at 13:00 and he replied that Rebekah was probably busy.
Nice wasting my time. Thanks for showing me what your company is like. Unprofessional and unreliable to respond to a job applicant.
