great hijab product, but the outward shipping department let it down.
i have ordered from this Malaysian site one time,
the items advertised on this site are of nice quality and very original design.
my order took 22 days shipping,
now about this shipping, i WAS immediately given a invoice, and a shipping number, but the shipping number was not live (available to be found on tracking) for two weeks until I emailed again to ask why the shipping number was not live yet.
so during the following week I was sent via email a new shipping number, which then in the same day it sent me an automated message saying that it had already been delivered.
Then they sent me a message saying "Yes we picked up the package from post as it was held up and changed it to express 3 days"
Alhamdulillah I got it in three days, and I am very happy with the fabric and style, it is exactly what I ordered. It's a little large for my face, as I'm not Malaysian, but nothing a clip can't fix.
Overall I think the outward shipping department is a part of the company that needs improving, it seems as if who ever is in that department needs to get a lot more organised, but apart from that, the product is really a lovely five star product.
