All the orders I had were good, and all the sizes that didn't fit were returned for free without any work. Great service, refunded always came without ask.

I have made several orders on Zalando (more than 20) and I really recommand it. I love that the shipping and return is free.

I had some trouble with returns but the client service is quite good. They really try to offer solutions and you can telephone or chat. One time, I never received my command (always have tracking with the order) : it was as if I returned it, so they offered me a discount code since some of the clothes weren't available anymore.

I placed orders on their web-site multiple times, don't even remember how many. and i never ever had a reason to use their customer service, like on the phone or emailing them, because everything always was perfect. I live in Luxembourg and order from zalando.be, it takes few days from the day the order has been placed to be delivered to Luxembourg. Too bad, Zalando Lounge isn't avaqilable for Luxembourg (sniff).
I remember i also had the case of refund, the whole process was so easy! I even didn't have to pay to send it back at the post, because the return shipping is free! isn't it awesome? you loose absolutely nth if you don't like the item.
Always was receiving the correct items and sizes. Thank you, Zalando Be!
(not sure it will be the same with their french web-site)
P.S. What i really love about their web-site is that they put the correct sizes next to the sizes of the manufacturer. For example, my shoes size is normally 39, but you know how it is with the cheap chinese shoes, it can be different, so thanks to the correct comparison sizes for every product, i ordered 40 and it matched my 39)) I mean...seriously, normally you would order 39, and you had to send it back, but not with Zalando) so, trust their sizes and measurement system! it works!

Ordered a gift certificate for 100 Euro. Payment confirmation received by email, but never the gift certficate.Multiple email and phone conversations but helpdesk was unable to solve the issue.On 2 occasions the phone conversation was just cut-off. Finally had to cancel the order and order somewhere else online to avoid standing empty handed on my daughter's birthday.

Zalando once, but never again...

Using their service for about 5 years and never had any problems. Quick delivery, comfortable payment methods, fast delivery, easy returns.

Bought a couple of shoes there. Really good delivery/return system. The problem with this website is that you buy more than you should...

I've been shopping on zalando.be regularly for two years now, and I only have a positive experience. The choice of clothes/shoes etc. is vast, I shop for my kid as well. It's a website where I do online shopping most often. The delivery time was always as mentioned in the email and, when it happened that it would be delayed, I was notified by email about this fact. I never had any issue with getting my money back for items which didn't fit. I hope they will continue to provide such a reliable service.

It's sure, this is a fast, easy and good website.
There are also advices concerning a choice to do.
Returning products is easy and free.
Delivery in time.

When I need shoes, I always go to Zalando. They have a big collection, so there's at least a few non-leather ones. Also if your size is out of stock, they e-mail you when it is back in! The clothes are as they seem; they take many shots from different angles, so you know exactly what you're getting. The delivery is free, fast and easy. Never had to return but won't be afraid to if necessary, cause it's also free! And you can pay after delivery too so no worries.

So so so so happy they started selling some topshop clothes, so I don't have to order from the uk online store.

Ordered 1 pair of boots and 1 belt for 42€ as it seemed a good deal using the 10€ discount you get from subscribing to the newsletter. Unfortunately it turned out very badly, 5 days after ordering we got an e-mail that the order was delayed. Then that same day we got an e-mail that the order was sent (with a track & trace code).

We thought everything was ok till the next day we saw on the Bpost website the package could not be delivered because of an incorrect address (although address was 100% correctly filled in on the Zalando website).

The order was paid by credit card and in the end Zalando refunded the entire amount (although they refunded 1 day too late so we have to pay the money to the bank anyway and only get it back 1 month later).

Needless to say we are very unhappy with this service and would not order again from Zalando and can't recommend them to anyone.

Had an absolutely perfect experience. Twice. Unbelievable fast delivery and the thirty-ray return policy is an absolute charm.
