Shoes never arrived and can’t contact seller. Taught me a lesson NEVER buy from unknown company on Instagram

I would give them no stars, I received my shoes yesterday, there is no paperwork and no size marked on the shoes. They are nowhere near my size and I can't get in contact with the seller, their email seems to be blocking my email. And the shoes look way cheaper than they appeared on the ad.

Like most people I wish I had check the reviews out first. I received a pair of cheap pair of shoes that looked and smelt awful. Not worth $5 and of course you can not get in contact with them. Normally I do check the reviews first. I must be slipping, lesson learnt.

I bought and paid for a pair of shoes weeks ago.
they have not arrived and there is way of contacting anyone, no replies to emails. not impressed

TOTAL SCAM
I ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals. When these arrived 6 weeks later they were a very cheap imitation of the original picture and unwearable. I threw these straight into the bin. Please be aware.
Unable to get emails through and they also don't answer phones.

Total scam. I ordered sandals which turned out to be plastic and look cheap and nasty and I ordered runners which are marked as correct size but at least 2 sizes too small and are unwearable. Each email sent to them bounced back. Buyer beware!!!!!!! This was equivalent to throwing $130 in the bin.

Trying to return my shoes they are such poor quality but can’t get hold of anyone - absolute SCAM do not order from them.

I wish I had read the reviews first. They are a scam the So called orthopaedic Daliva sandals for $60 are a piece of crap something you would pay $5 for. Thieves

Scam. Shoes looked great online but really crap when I got them. Dodgy AF. Of course now I can't contact them to return and get a refund. What a shock.

Shoes were 1/2 price at $59. Absolute rubbish. Wouldn't be seen dead in them. Can't get intouch with Zalando. 😠😠😠😠

Yes I have an idea too that I will not see my shoes. I have tried emailing them with an undelivered response.
They should not be allowed to use the word Sydney in their company name if they are not in Australia as this is very misleading. Very disappointed to know that I have paid for shoes I will never see. Sigh...

Major rip-off -Ordered shoes from this website, tried to get in touch when they hadn't arrived, after having 3 different email addresses rejected gave up & decided to just wait. What a disappointment, they were supposed to be Leather, instead they are plastic & vinyl, cheapest of the cheap from china wouldn't give you a dollar for them, they were supposed to be size 35, but they are more like a 36, I won't be wearing them anyway. Don't order from this website it is dishonest & not what they advertise - should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook.

I paid $122 dollars for 2 pairs of shoes which were beyond revolting and have gone in the garbage.
Zalando are unreachable.

I just received shoes from Zalando Sydney (Davine™ - Orthopedic Sandals × 1 black / 9 (40)) they cost $59. They are probably the worse quality shoes I have ever seen, and worth about $1. I can't imagine they will last even 1 day of wear. Sigh.

Total Scam. Products come from China not Sydney. Received the cheapest looking shoes (made of plastic) nothing like the image. Not worth $2.

I ordered and paid for some shoes on Zalando Sydney. The money was taken from my accounts weeks ago, but nothing has arrived and all attempts to contact the company have failed. It seems they have now removed their initial email correspondence with me from my email account too. Scam.

No response to emails. I can see I should have read reviews here before placing an order. Unlikely to receive my shoes I'm guessing.

I have just tried this site thinking it might not be as bad as they say BUT this is a total scam. The items (shoes) I bought were 'plastic' terrible material, wrong size, poorly put together and embarrassingly packed - straight off the production line in Shen Zhen shoved in a bag and sent (yes I know they came from there because the 'tracking' showed me) and not from the shop in Sydney.
These went straight in the garbage....
I would not recommend this site to anyone.
Words of advice for these people, start being genuine and honest, build the business on authenticity not a scam.
