They don’t treat the clients equally. They ask some clients to prepare and some other clients to order with an invoice. Me and my friend were ordering the same time, the same product and she didn’t had to pre-pay, but I had to prepare to receive my order. When I contacted the customer service, the most of them are not helpful at all, they just say the same things. Oh, we can control it. You have to choose the payment method that is available and all of these things, but they never help. And at the end they just close the chat.

WORST customer service ever. I got a wrong item and the online chat bot first said please return it and we will send you a new one. I did it and no one sent me a new one. Need to contact them again and they said you have to make a new order. That's fine as well even that's not what you said before. The price is changed, so they need to do a price match and said they can do it after I made a new order. I made a new order and after 2 days no other information and have to follow up again and they said literally the exact word"As we told you previously, we have to wait for the return of your old order, and the shipment of the new. To make a pricematch on your article. Please be patient." (Well unfortunately and interesting,no one ever TOLD me that, and all of your answers keep changing and I don't need you to EDUCATE me as a customer to be patient because all the trouble is from a mistake that was not made by me at the first place).

I call them thieves
I call them thieves. It is now 6 months I am waiting for them to pay me 7500SEK, as I returned my articles. They are denying 3500 SEK of it and the rest they have said 1000 times that we just paid you, but I never get the money back. I have spent hours on the phone and writing emails and everytime they give me a bunch of lies only. I just recieved for the 21st times an email from them claiming that they have paid me 4040 SEK. Let’s see if it is a truth this time.
Super unprofessional employees! I might have talked to at least 20 of them and each if them has been less quialified than the other.
So for me, no more Zalando!!!! I really hope I can get my money back.

I bought jeans and after 3 days the price dropped by around 10 Euro so I talked with them to change the invoice to the current price. However, they told me that we can't do this but you if you return the one that you have to us and order a new one so you get it cheaper. Still, I couldn't understand what is the point of this loop if in the end I will get it cheaper just change the invoice and we are done, really brainless employees!

I used to enjoy buying on Zalando but... Zalando seems not to have control over anything. I used to get items or sizes I hadn't ordered or I got used items altgough I ordered brand new. Their customer service seems not to care. I also experienced problems with getting my mony back when I returned an order. The explanation I received was that they didn't store payment information. And now without giving any reason I have to pay for my order with money transfer although other methods like cards and Swish are listed as accepted. This time is too much and there will be cancellation of this order. I'm disapointed with the way of treating customers. I heartily don't recommend Zalando!
I received the wrong item
I received the wrong item, requested a refund, and was then informed that the item they sent me wasn't even in their warehouse, making it impossible for them to proceed with the refund. Despite being a loyal customer, I've made the decision to discontinue using Zalando from now on.
Zalando is a scam now
I can only pay with advance payments despite being a customer for years. No card, no swish, no faktura and the customer service always come back with generic responses.
Presentkort has also turned into a scam. If I buy an item using presentkort and order multiple sizes (second one paid in cash) and return one of them, they now charge the cash and refund in presentkort. Presentkort is slightly cheaper due to offers on refunder etc. But with this new system I can only order one size at a time.
Cannot wait to use up my credit and close my account.

What a disappointment
What a disappointment! After being their customer for so many years they just decided to put me in corner and dont let me pay with invoice or card! I have no missed or late payments but suddenly this happened! My last order (not to mention that I had to pay in advance) They lost my package, but didn’t inform me until after 10 days I called them! The customer service proceeded a refund process and told me I will get the money back in my account in 3-5 days! 11 days later still no money in the account I contacted their customer service and only then they asked me for my bank info to be able to do the refund!!!!! Why didn’t they ask for it the first time?!!! It wasn’t a small order it was a lot of money! Finally after 3 days I got the money back! Funny that their customer support advised me to reorder the same items again and that they will make sure I will get them with the same price as the first time! Yeah right! As they have taken away the invoice option for payment I am sure I will never again use their website as I will never want to go through this BS anymore!

No product reviews and unflexible payment methods
I have happily been shopping at Zalando for many years, but I am considering finding other avenues now. With the product review option gone, we are basically shopping blind now. I used the review and product comments A LOT to evaluate which size I should buy, or if I should even buy a product. Since Zalando took this feature away I have returned way more items due to poor fit or outright poor quality. Maybe that is why I have now been put in the corner and cannot pay with invoice anymore? Or card? Really, not even card? I have to pay with bank transfer?! Talk about making the shopping experience as difficult and tedious as possible. It is almost like they are trying to lose their customer base on purpose...
Zalando don’t deserve any star
Zalando don’t deserve any star. If I could give no stars that would be very accurate! I was a loyal customer, with flawless credit rating and I used Zalando for many years with no issues. Suddenly all payment options became unavailable for me except advanced payment. I contacted their customer service and was given the most ridiculous answer, that it is an automated decision beyond their control. This is how Zalando reward loyalty customer. Zalando suck! So now, Zalando totally lost me as a customer.

I had a problem with one package, it wasn’t delivered to me as usual and we went on vacation. I wrote in the chat to ask what to do, they only answer in English. I did not receive an answer, but I received a very unpleasant impression from a very unprofessional worker. Later, I called the Swedish Zalando and they answered me very pleasantly, helped and solved the problem. Next time I will only call the Swedish support.

Have placed and order and bum they have cancelled due to the unclear reason. Waited 15 days to get money back. OK! Bad CS replies and closing the chat without helping. I have placed another order after and paid. 3 days passed I decided to clarify “is the everything alright?” They have answered and guaranteed this time Im ensured that product will be delivered and its on the stock. Day passed it’s Cancelled again. Now need to wait again for the money back! CS is replying that apologies and says product is not on the stock but before I have two CS agents has ensured that product is available. Creating inconveniences all the time. Not solving them at all.

Awful service! In the beginning we could pay by invoice in 30 days then they changed to Swish and now just one option to pay through to bank transfer and that takes time.

Chat ended without any proper reason or explanation about why I cannot pay Klarna for the order. In fact in the past orders I have paid all with Klarna. And the customer support agent Sheila was very unhelpful and disgusting as if I did a crime by contacting her on chat, very rude and unhelpful.

They don't let you cancel the order several minutes after ordering. Apparently they had time to pack it already and it's too late. What an super effective bunch I'll tell you. I'll rather order from Amazon next time. I hope these 💩 outdated predatory practices drive you of business
