Suddenly can't pay with neither card…

Suddenly can't pay with neither card nor invoice, only a manual bank transfer where I have to log into my bank and manually enter all the details for the payment. No explanation. No fix. I guess they just don't want me as a customer.

Hassles using card as payment method…

Hassles using card as payment method and adding gift card. Needed to enter the card details three times since they always disappeared when moving between the steps in the checkout... Why do I need to select (a well hidden checkbox) to using my gift card, of course I want to use it if I spend time entering the 16 digits.

It takes forever to get the money back!
I bought some sandals June 9th 2021, received them June 15th and the size is wrong, they are too big. Apparently not an issue since theoretically refund is easy. Yes but their system doesn't work since it hasn't updated since exactly June 9th. I contacted Customer Service at least 6 times and every time I got a different answer. I send back the sandals June 17th. And then: I haven't received any email stating that they received the sandals - so I contacted them June 23rd and found out that yes, they have received the product. And still no email about refund.
Bottom line: they are very quick to take your money and extremely slow to refund.
I obviously hope to get my money back.
Useless to say this is the last time I buy from Zalando!

WARNING! TAKES PRICE IN THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have just placed an order for around SEK 10,000 before the holiday. The payment does not go through due to technical problems. The sizes are running out fast now during high season and I ask if they can reserve my order until their problem is solved. Gets a negative answer and then I give feedback that it is strange that you can not be flexible and met the customer needs for internal technical problems. Then the person erupts and raises her voice to me and says that I have an attitude ...?! I said I must be able to give feedback that you are not working on taking care of your customers? Person continues to raise her voice and hangs up in my ear. Do not shop here! BOOZT in Sweden are so much better and that company is more flexible in technical problems. BOOZT staff is always nice, happy and accommodating.

Very disappointed customer service.
I used to buy often there but I have had very bad customer service experience.

Now they have lost a customer. Never ever buying there, will prefer MONKI or even H&M from now on.

They charge for home delivery but for…

They charge for home delivery but for some reason it ends up on a service point where i need to pick it up myself. I even get message before delivery from postnord that i dont have to be home to receive it because they will leave it outside my door.

When i contact zalando for them to have refund for delivery service they just end the conversation in the chat without helping. I am very dissapointed in the service level.

PATHETIC ZALANDO..
What is going on in zalando?
1. They disconnect your chat while your in the middle of the chat.
2. Customer service very irresponsible.
3. No proper tracking for the items..
4. When you dont even recevied the item but its showing under returns? what the hell?
how can we complain this fraud company?

TERRIBLE customer service
It is fine as long as there's nothing wrong with the order or your payment. They screwed up my payment and then charged me for their own screw up, wanted me to pay twice, then required me to send in my personal bank statements and copies of order confirmations just to remove their requirement for me to pay twice. They didn't apologise. Was very disappointed as was using them for many years. After that terrible experience sadly won't use again.

I absolutely love zalando Sweden

I absolutely love zalando Sweden. They have great selections, especially plus size ranges and wide fit heels. What i love the most are the return policies and that they send a return ticket with so there is never a hassle of printing these out. Packaging is super easy and good. I have literally purchased my entire wardrobe from zalando the past two seasons.

I have always had an issue with heels but the wide fit heels selections make it possible for me to buy trendy products that i otherwise cannot buy in boutiques in sweden.

Refuses to stop sending me letters

Got ad mail from Zalando (Like, in my actual mailbox). Never consented to this. Customer service told me multiple times they can't help me or forward my request. I don't care much for lawyers but if I want you to stop sending my letters, I'm pretty sure you have to stop.

Trouble ordering and bad service

I ordered a pair of shoes from them in size 37. When they came in the mail they sent me the wrong size(36), which is too small but wearable if I wear thin socks. I thought it was weird but the return label said that they sometimes send the "wrong" size because it is comparable to the "right" size in Sweden. Since these are fall-shoes I want to be able to wear a little bit thicker socks in them, so I sent them back and ordered size 38 so that I would get size 37. But to my big surprise they actually gave me 38, which is waaay to big. So I got extremely frustrated and talked to their customer service which said that I probably just got the wrong size on the first order. Fine, I thought and persisted. I returned the wrong ones and ordered size 37 again, and once again they came in a size 36. Super frustrated and angry I emailed them. Their only solution to my problem was that I wait one week and order the right size again, no discount or anything. They gave me the wrong size THREE times and they just want me to keep ordering until I get the right one. So I told them "is this the best you can do? In that case I'd rather keep the wrong size and leave a bad review." and here I am. They did offer me a very weak discount on 10% though (which of course does not even apply to all their sortiment) after I told them that I would leave a bad review. But for this much trouble I expect at LEAST 30%, so f that. This whole process took me 2,5 weeks, which isn't bad so I guess the only good thing about this is that they have fast shipping.
I will keep ordering from them but this experience was truly the worst.

Great store, but one wish!

Zalando has always had a helpful customer service and great prices. Delivery time varies. The response is great and if you watch something that is out of stock you'll get an email reasonably fast when it's back in stock. The quality depends on the brand you order so you can't blame them on that point! However if there's one thing that would make me buy more from this site it would be if they decided to partner up with Klarna! That would make me feel more safe about my purchases!
