MASSIVE SCAM
Do not buy from this company. The shaper pants I ordered arrived late and were miniscule. Would barely fit a doll! They're ignoring my emails for a refund.
Be warned Zaliru, I am seeking advise to rectify the situation.

Do not buy - sizes wrong and no refunds

They cheat. You get a different product than you ordered and cannot return.

DO NOT buy from this company.
Their goods are meant for someone size 4
I cannot return as they do not answer my emails.

NOT BUY from this company they advertise on Facebook and give great reviews when you are looking at the product on their website they contact you really quickly, I ordered a shaper which arrived 4 weeks later after chasing them 3-4 times. The item arrived damaged and with marks on it and about 2 sizes smaller it doesn’t even go up to my knees. I have sent them a few emails but no response, there is no where to report them other than to contact them directly. I will probably have to contact my bank. I now have a product that is no good to anyone it’s a complete bin job. I regret looking at their website, in future I will not purchase from a company like this I am not sure if they even are a company, you are not getting what you ordered and most likely not get a refund.

Terrible, terrible company and products!! I never write reviews but am absolutely appalled with my recent experience! I ordered a strapless bra from Zaliru and it clearly stated the item would be with me BY the following Friday. Fast forward to a week after the expected delivery date and still no bra! I sent an email to their customer services and received no reply. Fast forward almost another week (so by this point almost 2 weeks late!) and my order finally arrived. Well what can I say!? I had ordered a D cup bra and lets just say it didnt even cover the bottom 2 inches of what it should have been covering! I have given the bra to my friend who is a B cup and it just about fits her. Absolutely useless company with terrible sizing on products and zero communication. I am now £20 out of pocket and very annoyed!

I wish I have seen the reviews before buying but this company has good reviews when you buy their items on Pinterest. I have contacted them but no reply. the item sent is damaged and the sizes are ridiculous!
will wait 15 days then contact the bank to get my money back DO NOT BUY. I am sure all their reviews on their post are fake

If I could give it minis 2stars i would the customer service is appalling been trying to get a refund for two months nows and nothing this company is terrible DO NOT BUY FROM THEM worst company ever.

Customer service is appalling. They ignore emails or if they do respond, they just fob you off with useless apologies. I would not recommend buying from them. Definitely avoid!

I haven't received my item, please do not buy anything from these people, they do not send you the product and they do not reply to emails.

Don't purchase from these people, they do not reply to emails and there is no 30 day guarantee. Don't waste your money. Shockingly bad service.

i received two pair of shaper shorts, they did not fit, I informed them and they asked did I want to exchange them said they will speak to the manager and come back to me. heard nothing about the exchange and despite numerous emails asking how I return the unwanted items for my refund I have had no response.
very poor will not use again or recommend they should be removed from advertising sites its a scam

Thieves at the worse level. They take your money and nothing. They are sick that they blamed people passing of covid and then now they blaming Ukraine. They have now stopped responding. I have reported this to my bank and to Pinterest. Hopefully Pinterest will do the honourable thing and remove them from their website. I wish I had checked the reviews prior to listening to the sick bulls**t from them.

Avoid at all cost. The ad on Pinterest is not the item you receive. Emailed and haven't heard anything for a refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Total scam. The product I received was totally unwearable and terrible quality. After emailing to ask if I could return the item and have a refund, I got a response stating they will ‘talk to the manager’. Since that, and multiple chase up emails, I’ve been completely ignored. There’s no information on their website about where to return an item, and the items come with no receipt or returns info. Terrible products and customer service
