After and extensive chat session with a Zalooo shop representative, the representative indicated that they could print a 30 x 40 canvas despite being unable to select it for purchase via their web store front. The representative indicated that they would send a link via email within 24 hours once printing could be confirmed. The email eventually did arrive, but not withing the promised 24 hours. As this canvas was for my wife who passed away in January of this year, it was my way of continuing to honor her and our 30 years of marriage. The link was not for the canvas discussed during the chat session with the Zalooo representative, but that fact was obscured until one has already ordered. When apprised of the situation, Zalooo would not allow the return and exchange of the item. I find this to be deceptive, and their customer service to be deplorable. Deplorable, not only because of their deceptive business practices, but because they insist on making money on someone who is grieving for their wife. Zalooo had the gall to offer 50% off a new order, but that's shallow and given my experience with them, availing myself of such an offer would be throwing good money after bad.

UPDATE 6/19/2020

The Zalooo management team contacted me on 5/18/2020, and after further review on their part, they identified the error by reviewing the chat session, and are in the process of making this right by printing the right canvas (i.e., the originally requested product). I appreciate the reconsideration on their part and the actions they are taking.

I received the painting Butterfly When you Believe. Very nicely done. It has a special meaning to me because I just lost my daughter. Besides customer service.

With the Sunflowers and Dragonflies. I absolutely love this canvas. The picture that I ordered from online was beautiful, but when I received my order of my canvas at my home and opened it up I was just amazed at how much more beautiful the actual canvas was in person. Would recommend anyone whose undecided yet about placing their order, ‘JUST DO IT’ you won’t be disappointed.

I would never order from this company. They told me once my purchased left Zalooo that they were no longer responsible for it. I paid over $10 for shipping. When I reached out to customer service they said it was shipped by DHL. Then they said no it was UPS, i needed to call them. I called UPS and they said that tracking number is general mail or United States Postal Service. I still have not received my order and they are no longer responding to me via online chat. Basically I feel I got hung up on and scammed. BUYER BEWARE!!!

So I did get my order and I am very happy with the quality. I would order again based on quality but I still feel customer service needs work.

Ordered hoodies for our family from my son who recently left for boot camp. These were his gifts to our family since this is our first year without him he for Christmas. When I ordered (Dec.7), the website said order by December 15 to receive by Christmas. I even paid extra for shipping. They have not even started making the shirts yet (Dec. 17) and basically said they are backed up. They won’t allow me to cancel and I won’t receive it by Christmas. Horrible customer service.

Horrible do not buy from here the blanket isnt worth 89$. You can buy a better quality blanket at the fleamaket.. this blanket is as thick as a sheet

Ripoff! The blanket is VERY thin, nothing but 2 pieces of cloth stitched together, no filling/stuffing at all. I would have paid maybe $20-30 if I saw this in a store. Absolutely NOT worth the $89!!!!!
